He is survived by: his wife Laura; his children, Eve and Luke; his mother Nancy McAvoy (Boisvert); his stepfather Wayne McAvoy; his sister Leah (Michael Fields); his sister Stefanie (Andy Puopolo); his grandmother Estelle Denver; his uncles, James Denver (Denise), Daniel Denver (Debbie Howard) and Thomas Denver; his parents-in-law, David, Susan Levine, Steve and Elise Levine; his sister Wendy Sussman (Matthew); his niece Abigail; and also, Summer and Olivia. He is also survived by many nephews and cousins.
