She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick J. Gillis Jr. and Elizabeth Gillis (Mellen); her uncle Edward C. Gillis; and her nephews, Jared Gillis and Matthew Gillis.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Meyers (Derek) of Tyngsboro and Rachel Garland (Miles); her grandchildren, Shayleigh, Aria Meyers, Camden and Marcus; her siblings, Mary (Thomas Mullane), Michael (Kathy Gillis), Frederick (Pennie Gillis), Joseph (Vivian Gillis), Frank Gillis of Lowell, Kathy (Edward Tierney) and Paul Gillis of Chelmsford; and her siblings' children, Ellen, Julie, Michael, Shawn, Frederick, Patrick, Kaleigh, Elle and Elizabeth.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McKenna-Ouellette Funeral Home (327 Hildreth St, Lowell, MA 01850). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the St. Francis Church (115 Wheeler Rd, Dracut, MA 01826). The inurnment was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 1:45 PM at the St. Patrick Cemetery (1251 Gorham St, Lowell, MA 01852).
