James Brady Obituary
We announce the death of James Brady of Dracut, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 2, 2026, at the age of 74. James will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. James will be remembered for the impact he had on the lives of those around him. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Those who knew James will remember moments of kindness, warmth, and presence. Though words cannot fully capture his life, the legacy of connections and experiences remains. James’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles J. Brady and Josephine M. Brady (Bujnowska). He is survived by: his wife Joanna Cutting-Brady; his son Terrence James Brady (Amy L.); his stepdaughters, Elizabeth Ruth Travers (Paul F.) and Martha Ellen Cahalan; and his grandchildren, Madisson Brady, James Brady and Jonathan Travers.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Memorial Funeral Mass (282 Suffolk St, Lowell, MA 01854).
