He was predeceased by: his parents, James J. McPhillips and Dorothy F. McPhillips (Tully); and his partner Gary W. McCarthy. He is survived by: his siblings, Karen E. McPhillips of Lowell and John T. McPhillips (Kellie) of Fitchburg; his nephews, Michael Haakenstad and Taber McPhillips; his niece Kayla Bartlett; his great-aunt Sister Catherine Louise; his uncle John Tully (Elaine) of Sebastian, FL; his aunt Beverly Pare (Dennis) of Lowell, MA.; his partner's children, Erin, Kelley and Brian; Maggie, Harper and Emrie.
