He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Demers; his son Cody Demers of Winthrop; his stepdaughter Nicole Byrne (Steven) of Westford; his grandchildren, Dimitri and Amara Byrne; his sisters, Maureen Lagasse (Scott) and Cindy Heidbreder; and his nieces and nephews, Eric Lagasse, Kyle Heidbreder, Jillian Parker and Katie Heidbreder. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dracut Funeral Home (2159 Lakeview Ave, Dracut, MA 01826). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Parish (115 Wheeler Rd, Dracut, MA 01826). A burial was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Westlawn I Cemetery (215 Boston Rd, Lowell, MA 01852).
