He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Gloria (McGrath); and his parents, Patrick J. Foley and Eva B. Foley (Bisson). He is survived by: his children, Michael P. Foley (Mary), Keith P. Foley (Kelly) and Garet M. Foley (Christine); his grandchildren, Kayla Foley (Jake Pugh), Nicholas Foley (Jordan), Lauren Foley (Nicholas Novello), Slade Sousa, Dillan, Shealyn, Colin Foley, Isabella and Ava Foley; his siblings, James Foley (late Dorothy) and Maureen Potvin (Frank); his friends, Daniel Kelleher and David Beauchesne; Kristine, Cody and Matthew.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Dracut Funeral Home (2159 Lakeview Ave, Dracut, MA 01826). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to the American Heart Association, https://www.heart.org.
