She was predeceased by: her husband Paul R. "Dick" McCarthy; her parents, Leo Young and Florence Young (Boucher); her siblings, Loretta Young (Woody), Richard (Dickie), Leo and Bryan Young; and her sister-in-law Jaqueline McCarthy.
She is survived by: her children, Joyce Servente, Jerrick of Dracut and Scott (Cheryl); her granddaughter Maya of Tyngsboro; and her brother Roger Young (Diane) of Manchester, NH. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dracut Funeral Home (2159 Lakeview Ave, Dracut, MA 01826). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
