He was predeceased by: his wife Priscilla R. Mellen (Roberts); his parents, Theodore Mellen and Thelma Mellen (Urquhart); and his siblings, Cynthia Witts, Barbara Mellen, Myrtle Flannery, Shirley Hurley and Nancy Voutirista.
He is survived by: his sons, Theodore Mellen, Jr. of Dracut, MA, James (Peggy Mellen) of Londonderry, NH and William (Lisa Mellen) of Nashua, NH; and his grandchildren, Robert, Kerry, Karla, Kayla and William Mellen, Jr.. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Morse-Bayliss Funeral Home (122 Princeton Blvd, Lowell, MA 01851). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
