She is survived by: her children, Gerald J. Blair, Jr. (Lisa) of Southbridge and Sue M. Mellor (Steve) of Southbridge; her granddaughter Sarah A. Blair; her great grandchildren, Pandora, Harley and Vinny Fugno; her sister Irene Grigas of Ware; and her sister-in-law Theresa Mongeau of Ware.
