He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Fayne (Barzydlo) and Robert Fayne; his brother-in-law Billy Chapas; his mother-in-law Ruth A. Chapas; Nala, Mary and Judy.
He is survived by: his pets, Anna, Lily, Frankie and Gus; his wife Susan Fayne (Chapas); his child Orion Fayne of Dunstable, MA; his brothers, Robert Fayne, Michael Fayne (Lee) of Chaplin, CT, Jonathan Fayne (Lynn) of Cranston, RI and Mark Fayne; his sister-in-law Lynne Kulze (Dietrich) of Billerica, MA; his nieces and nephews, Kortni Fayne, Mackenzie Frank (Dan), Grace Fayne, Jack Fayne, Todd Fayne (Katherine), Lauren Fayne (Courtney), Nicole Fayne and Nick Chapas; his friends, Jimmy McDonald (Emily) and Stephanie Wunderlich (Matt); and his godchildren, Jackson McDonald and Rose Hanna.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made in Jeff's name to the trevorproject.org as protecting the rights of the LGBTQIA+ community, especially youth, was very important to him.
