We are sad to announce that on January 12, 2024, Sandra E. Vincent of Dunstable, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Hazel Flack (Piper) and Wilfred Dow. She is survived by : her daughters, Karen Fraser (Kevin Fraser) of Windham, NH and Kristen Kosiba (John Kosiba) of Dunstable, MA; her brothers, Wilfred (Rhoda Dow) of Shirley, MA, John Dow of Dunstable, MA and James (Mary Dow) of Dunstable, MA; her grandchildren, Kayla, Kyler Fraser, Faith, Jonathan and Andrew Kosiba; her caregiver Tabitha Flack; and her daughters, Rebekah and Ella. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made in her memory to the Dunstable Evangelical Congregational Church.
