He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Winifred Duggan (Clinton); his children, Brenda Duggan (Jimmy Murad Jr) of Duxbury, Frank Duggan Jr. (Kristen) of Pembroke and Stephen Duggan (Maryangela) of Hanover; his grandchildren, Adam Schwartz (Meghan) of Pembroke, Stephen Duggan (Catherine), Bridgewater, Amanda Duggan of Weymouth, Madelyn, Lily Tobin of Hanover, Ryan and Megan Shaughnessy; his great grandchildren, Madison Schwartz, Noah and Hannah Duggan; his parents, Mary Duggan (Rossetti) and Lawrence Duggan of Holbrook; his siblings, Lawrence Duggan II (Patricia) of Fort Meyers, FL, James Duggan (Peggy) of Rockland, MA., Margaret Burnham of Kingston and Rose Duggan of Holbrook; and his son Duggan Oil Co. He was also cherished by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cartwright Funeral Home - Holbrook (69 S Franklin St, Holbrook, MA 02343). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (153 S Franklin St, Holbrook, MA 02343).
