He was predeceased by: his brother Don; and his parents, John Sr. Sjostedt and Edna Sjostedt (Church). He is survived by: his wife Catherine Sjostedt; his children, John III and Sheila (Scott); his granddaughter Kimberly; and his siblings, Wayne (Barbara), Barry (Gail) and Janice (Scott). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Shepherd Funeral Home (216 Main St, Kingston, MA 02364). A burial will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at the Mayflower Cemetery (774 Tremont St, Duxbury, MA 02332).
