Joyce and Bridie Joyce (O'Sullivan); her stepmother Barbara Joyce (Higgins); her siblings, Patrick Joyce and Alice Klumpp; her husband James Costello; her children, Ann Marie Chandler, Barbara Bartlett (Douglas), Clare Costello, James Costello (Shelly), Patricia McGill (Robert), Thomas Costello (Marisa) and Timothy (Brigitte); her grandchildren, James Chandler, Parker Chandler, Alicia Gaignard, Monica Chandler, Helen, Emma Bartlett, Jack, Mary, Katherine Costello, Andrew, Katherine McGill, Brendan, Aidan Costello, Elise and Kaylee Costello; and her great grandchildren, Paul, Maeve Chandler, Ainsleigh, Sullivan Chandler, Evalyn and Margret Gaignard. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews along with many cousins.

“I worked last year as an Activities Assistant at the Inn at Silver lake where I had the privilege of knowing Mary Pat. She was gentle and kind, and always participated in every activity and she particularly enjoyed the musical events. I will miss her. My deepest sympathy to her family.”
