He was predeceased by: his father Joseph M. Chrusz. He is survived by: his wife Dianne D. Chrusz; his children, Victoria DeFreitas (Jon) of Scituate, Joseph M. Chrusz of Plymouth and Erica LaFrance (Ben) of Duxbury; his grandsons, Alex DeFreitas and Kurt LaFrance; and his brother Dr. Mark Chrusz of Falmouth. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Family Church (601 Tremont St, Duxbury, MA 02332).
