She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. William R Fountain, Jr.; and her parents, Leo Vautour and Margaret Vautour. She is survived by: her children, Bill (Robin), Jane O'Neal (Matt), Nancy Stanton (Bob), Robert (Rita), Kathleen Cerretani (Mark) and Charles (Emily). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
