Mazzarella, Jr., Susan Smith (Michael), Karen Mazzarella and Michael Mazzarella; her grandchildren, Nicole Panzini, Jennifer Hrdy, Ryan Smith, Vinnie Foster, Matthew Smith and Michael Mazzarella, Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Emily Rose, Sophia Hrdy and Raleigh Smith.
