He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary A. Foley (Person) and William C. Foley Sr.; and his brother William C. Foley Jr.. He is survived by: his child Ryan Elizabeth Clark (Michael) of Bradford, NH.; his significant other Marie D'Avella of Saugus; and his granddaughters, Cordelia and Serafina.
