It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maria DelVecchio of East Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 4, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Beniamino DelVecchio; her children, Michelle Picciotto (Maurizio), Anthony DelVecchio (Sheila) and Amato "Pat" DelVecchio (Kim); her siblings, Rosa Natale, Celeste DiSunno, Umberto DiSunno, Attiolio DiSunno and Elio DiSunno; and her grandchildren, Benjamin, Melissa, Anthony, Christopher, Maria, Alex and Katie.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Ruggiero Family Memorial (971 Saratoga St, Boston, MA 02128). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (45 Brooks St, Boston, MA 02128). A committal service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Woodlawn Cemetery (302 Elm St, Everett, MA 02149).
