She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Horne and Evelyn Horne (Smith); her husband Lawrence Leo Anthony Sr.; her daughter Phyllis Cohen (Gerald Cohen); her siblings, Marilyn, Margaret "Peggy", Richard "Buddy", Edward and Robert "Bobby"; and her granddaughter Laura Kelly.
She is survived by: her children, Lawrence L. "Larry" Anthony Jr. (Carol) of Danvers, Kathleen Kelly (late Edward John) of Framingham and Robert E. Anthony (late Jacalyn) of East Boston; her brothers, William Horne and Kenneth Horne; and her grandchildren, Michael Anthony, Lawrence L. "Larry" Anthony III and Carrie Brangiforte. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Phyllis's name may be made to Care Dimensions, 75 Sylvan Street, Danvers MA.
