It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Johnson of East Boston, Massachusetts, born in Revere, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 30, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen and Amelia "Molly" (Stornaieulo); his son Kenneth Johnson; and his siblings, Anthony Stornaieulo, Dorothea Greco, Allen and Daniel Johnson.

He is survived by: his wife Geraldine (Firth); his children, Karen Goscinak (Robert) of Saugus and Richard Johnson (Tarsheen Ferara) of East Boston; his siblings, Irene Costello (Edward) of Revere, Cheryl Van Meter (late James) of East Boston and Warren Johnson (Jayne Borzillo) of East Boston; his grandchildren, Fallan Claudio-Couldren (Jason), Tia Buonfiglio (Victor Jr.) and Mazie Goscinak; his great grandchildren, Thomas and Kenneth; and his friend Chico Fraser. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
