In the vast expanse of eternity, may Janis find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may her legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
She is survived by: her significant other Judi; her siblings, John and Donna; her brother-in-law Tom; and her nephew Jay. She is also survived by many cousins and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Forastiere Smith Funeral & Cremation (220 N Main St, East Longmeadow, MA 01028). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. Michael's Church (128 Maple St, East Longmeadow, MA 01028).
