He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond F. and Mary E. O'Neill (Mahan). He is survived by: his significant other Sally O'Neill (Sarah Mathews) of East Longmeadow; his children, Jon O'Neill (Kim) of Enfield, Kelly Zieba (Jason) of Longmeadow and Betsy Sheehan (Robert) of East Longmeadow; his siblings, Raymond O'Neill Jr. of East Longmeadow and Candy Harmon (Paul) of Tennessee; and his grandchildren, April Zieba, Owen O'Neill, Bobby Sheehan, Liam Sheehan and Ceallach Sheehan. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews, brothers and sisters-in-laws, lifelong friends.
