He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Levesque and Agnes Levesque (Robert); his wife Barbara Levesque (Corriveau); and his siblings, Edward, Armand, Madelaine, Jackie and Pauline.
He is survived by: his children, Candy Caputo (Nat), Paul Levesque, Jr., Lisa Hill (Dan) and Henry Levesque (Michelle); his grandchildren, Joseph Forte, III (Kayla), Heather Forte, Alijah Caputo, Angelo Caputo, Isaac Caputo, Cassandra Smeltzer, Bethany Smeltzer, Brandon Labarge, Steven Levesque (Julie), Jonathan Hill and Alexa Hill; his great grandchildren, Henry Trudeau, Brody Forte, Estelle Levesque, Athena Dlugolecki and Josephine Hill; and his siblings, Florence, Albert (Linda), Alphonse and Jerry. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
