He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret McNeill, (Parnell) and Robert McNeill, Sr.; and his sister Patricia McCollum (McNeill). He is survived by: his wife MaryAnn; his children, Kelly Burns (Robert) of Wilbraham, MA, Kara Armata (Jason) of Lynn, MA, Daniel McNeill (Kate) of South Windsor, CT, Caitlin Panico (Justin) of Wales, MA and Megan Graziano (John) of Westfield, MA.; his brothers, Robert McNeill, Jr. (Mary "Pat") of Myrtle Beach, SC and James McNeill (Carmen) of Myrtle Beach, SC; and his grandchildren, Emma, Maxx, Kallie, Jackson, Jake, Josh, Jacob, Kaylee, Siena, Marlee and Miles. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
