He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Barofsky and Rose Barofsky (Epstein); and his spouse Anna-Lisa Barofsky (Kaplan). He is survived by: his son Jeremy Barofsky; his daughter-in-law Kate Finley; his brother Norman Barofsky; his grandchildren, Ayla and Reid Barofsky; his nieces, Beth Bucheister and Susan Kahn; and his nephew Eric Barofsky.
