She was predeceased by: her husbands, Herbert DeGraw and John R. O'Neil; her stepdaughter Donna O'Neil; and her siblings, Margaret Hiscock, Theresa Porter, Stella Bales, Joseph, Carl and Steven Nages.
She is survived by: her son Robert D. DeGraw; her stepchildren, Mary Sullivan, Edward and Robert O'Neil; her sibling Claire Young of Canton; her grandchildren, Heather O'Neil, Thomas Sullivan and Michael O'Neil; and her great grandchildren, Emmary, Charley Oliveria and Jaxon O'Neil. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Dottie may be made to a local animal shelter.
