He is survived by: his significant other Karen Steininger of Taunton; his children, Daralyn Covell (Michael Alfonso) of Elkin, Bumpa of Tristan and Michaelyn; his brother Bruce Covell (Sandy) of Wareham; his nieces and nephews, Tammy, Adam, Josh, Shane, Ashley, Ricky, Mikey, Billy, Georgie, Shawny, Kelly, Jenna, Alycia and Kristen; and his former wife Lynda DiRuzza of North Carolina. He is also survived by many great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, friends and his.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM at the Ashley~drolette Funeral Home (35 Oak St, Middleborough, MA 02346). A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Mitchell Memorial Club (29 Elm St, Middleborough, MA 02346).
