She is survived by: her children, LaVon M. Fernandes and Kena D. Gallagher; her siblings, Paulette Harris, Terryjean Lopes, Mary Ann Silva, Ralph, Sylvester Pina (Lester), James Pina and John Pina; her granddaughter Sanaa Barber; her goddaughter Amanda Foggie; her close friend Dona Alexander; her adoptive daughter Brook Gula; and her son-in-law David Gallagher. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, friends and Glen Charlie Road neighbors.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Chapman Funerals & Cremations - Wareham (2599 Cranberry Hwy, Wareham, MA 02571). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Chapman Funerals and Cremations (2599 Cranberry Hwy, Wareham, MA 02571). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Patrick's Church (94 High St, Wareham, MA 02571). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Massachusetts National Cemetery. A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 10:45 AM at the same location.
