He was predeceased by: his parents, Anne M. Maguire (Barry) and Charles P. Maguire. He is survived by: his girlfriend Theresa A. Ruane of Eastham; his daughters, Melissa A. and Jessica L. (Tyler Angel); his siblings, Karen A. Maguire, Paula M. Ellis, Susan P. Daley and Barry Maguire (Kara); his stepgrandson Lucian Ruane; and his former wife Kathy A. Maguire (Linehan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and countless lifelong friends who became extended family.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Kevin may be made to the American Cancer Society.
