She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter and Lydia (Babchi). She is survived by: her husband Edwin S. "Bud" Warkulewicz Jr.; her siblings, Linda Davis, Donna Ciak, Kimberly Ciak and Thomas Ciak (Rithy Lon); her godson Mike Davis; and her great-nephew Brett Davis.
