He was predeceased by: his parents, Georgianna Smith and Clarence Smith; and his siblings, Ruth Barre, Ralph Smith, Buster Smith, Dot Beyer, Betty Guyette and Doug Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Smith (Lavoie); his children, Shelley Keeney (Jeff), Scott Smith and K. P. Smith (Isabelle); his grandsons, Josh Kenney and Adam Keeney; and his great grandchild Alexander Keeney. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
