Provo, Sr. and Mary Provo (Hathaway); his wife Elizabeth "Liz" Provo (Grandey); his daughters, Jocelyn Croake of Holyoke and Stephanie Lawrence of Easthampton; his sons-in-law, Jeremy and Andrew; his grandchildren, Kaden and Tenley Lawrence; and his sisters, Diane Provo of Agawam and Catherine Provo of North Brookfield.
