She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Urquhart and Ruth Urquhart (Brown); and her brother Donald Urquhart. She is survived by: her husband Francis G. Sullivan; her children, Francis G. Sullivan III (Barbie Sinclair) of Easton, Donald R. Sullivan of Bridgewater and Stephanie A. Slavov (Stefan Slavov) of Sandwich; and her grandchildren, Stefan Sullivan Slavov, Natalie Judith Slavov and Kelly Fitzsimmons. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
