He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard C. and Mary G. Johnson (O'Brien). He is survived by: his wife Mary (Manning); his children, Leonard C. Johnson III (Nicole) of Westwood, Christine M. O'Brien (Andrew) of Norwood and Kimberly A. Rea (Patrick) of Cranston, RI; his siblings, Deborah Hartnett of Attleboro, Karen Sweeney of North Attleboro, Mary Ellen Belmonte of Marshfield and Robert Johnson of Mansfield; and his grandchildren, Abigail, Leonard Colin, Liam, Henry, Thomas, Charlie, Hannah and Madelyn.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kane Funeral Home & Cremation Services (605 Washington St, South Easton, MA 02375). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 10th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, September 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church (193 Main St, North Easton, MA 02356). A burial was held on Wednesday, September 10th 2025 at 11:45 AM at the Mt. Benedict Cemetery (409 Corey St, Boston, MA 02132).
