Veronica A. Powers Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Veronica A. Powers of Easton, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 7, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert J. Powers; her parents, Preston Slack and Eileen Slack (Mahoney); and her sisters, Eileen Leary of Weymouth and Sheila Clabough of Stoughton.
She is survived by: her children, John Powers of Taunton, Bernadette Murphy of Norton, Mary Forcina of Easton, Denise Gilmartin of Raynham, Veronica Pugliesi of Easton, Patricia Dolan of Easton, Eileen Quinlan of Raynham, Thomas Powers of Norton and Julie Clapp of Easton; and her siblings, Alice Matchem of Brockton and Leo Slack of West Bridgewater. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM and at 11:45 AM.
