He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony R. Medeiros and Elizabeth Medeiros (Ferreira); his wife AnnMarie Medeiros (Umano); his sister Barbara Louise Medeiros; and his grandchild Ashley Lee.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Malone of Medford, Kristine Lee (Peter), Anthony S. Medeiros (Simone) of Lynn and Marie E. Medeiros of Everett; his nephew Mark Medeiros; his grandchildren, John Lee, Danielle Carroll, Jake Malone, Nicholas Medeiros and Victoria Medeiros; and his great grandchildren, Isabella Reed, Destiny Reed, Bailey Reed, Benjamin Lee, Ashley Lee and Colton Carroll.
