She was predeceased by : her husband Joseph Penta; her parents, Madeline Adams (Shannahan) and William Adams; and her brothers, William (Mary Adams) and Tommy (Polly Adams).

She is survived by : her children, Robert (Marilyn Penta), James (KiKi Penta), Debbie Penta-Petrone (John Jarek) and Trisha Penta (Randy Fassas); her son-in-law Fred Petrone; her grandsons, Christopher and Nicholas Petrone; her great grandchild Jaxon Petrone; and her caregivers, Nancy Spadafora, Marge Hurley and Joan Conley-Dellacroce. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and good friends.
