Carolyn Skane Obituary

The family announces the passing of Carolyn Skane of Everett, Massachusetts on July 7, 2026. Carolyn, born on January 20, 1944, was part of many shared moments and relationships throughout life. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert F. Ball and Emma May Ball (Parsons); and her husband George Skane. She is survived by: her children, Tracie L. Skane of Everett, George M. Skane of Everett, Thomas E., Bridget Skane of Michigan, Vicki A., Steven Donovan of Reading, Carolyn Skane and Benny Faletra of Chelsea; and her grandchildren, Amanda, Thomas, Erik, Stephenie, Ariel, Julianne, Noah, Bradley, Lauren, Kristi and Hunter. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren and many other family members and friends.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 12th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the MacCuish Funeral Home (144 Salem St, Malden, MA 02148). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 13th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, July 13th 2026 at the TBD Woodlawn Cemetery (302 Elm St, Everett, MA 02149).
