He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Pennell and Zita Pennell (Sutton); and his siblings, Leo, William Pennell and Sarah Casey.
He is survived by: his siblings, Joseph Pennell of Everett and Rena McNeill of Marshfield. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
