He is survived by: his parents, Karen Mattuchio and Thomas Mattuchio; his wife Lorna; his sister Elizabeth Murray (Cody); his niece Dahlia Murray; his nephews, Wyatt and Tripp Murray; and his grandmother Patricia Mattuchio.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Thomas' memory to the Gloucester Animal Shelter, 4 Paws Lane, Gloucester, MA 01930 would be sincerely appreciated.
