He was predeceased by: his parent Tao-Chen Hsia. He is survived by: his mother Gertrude Hsia (Belzer); his wife Ana P. Hsia (Rosa); his siblings, Eric Hsia and Sabina Harris (David); his niece Martha; his nephew Josiah; his stepdaughters, Christine and Stephanie Rodrigues; and his grandchildren, Dimitrius Parra, Jayanna Montanez and Jayla Montanez.
