It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florence C. Gamache of Fairhaven, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 27, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alban "Duke" Duchesneau and Leona Duchesneau (Fleurent); her siblings, Leona Blouin and Bill; her husband Raymond Gamache; her sons, Raymond Gamache Jr., John Gamache and James Gamache; and her grandson Raymond Gamache III.
She is survived by: her children, Matthew Gamache, Miriam Manley (Ted), Martha Guillotte (Ray) and Kristin Robidoux (Carl); and her nephews, Joseph, Mark and Paul Blouin. She is also survived by her twenty-five grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fairhaven Funeral Home (117 Main St, Fairhaven, MA 02719). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph's Church (74 Spring St, Fairhaven, MA 02719). A burial will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at the Riverside Cemetery (27 Main St, Fairhaven, MA 02719).
