He is survived by: his son Dean Roy; his former wife Monica Roy (Dean); his parents, Robert Roy and Doris Roy (Boulay); his sisters, Nicole Niccoli (Eric) and Amanda Ward (Dan); his nephews, Tyler and Mason Niccoli; his niece Sophia Ward; and his pets, Patch, Chewie, Vadar and Fighter.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM at the O'Neill Funeral Home (3102 Mendon Rd, Cumberland, RI 02864). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Saint John Vianney Church (3655 Diamond Hill Rd, Cumberland, RI 02864).
