He is survived by: his wife Maria Noemia Custodio; his son David Custodio (Kristin); his daughter-in-law JoAnn Custodio; his grandchildren, Jonathan Custodio (Kalie), Jenna Custodio-McKinnon (Matt) and Stella Custodio; his great grandchild Rose Noemia; and his sister Anna Custodio.
