She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace R. Chadwick and Emma Chadwick (Paul); her son David Chace; and her sister Dorothy Blanchard. She is survived by: her children, Ellen Amaral of New Bedford, Paul Chace of San Antonio, TX and Julie Boren of Marion. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren.
