He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon Johansen and Thordis Johansen (Skaar); his son Eric Johansen; and his siblings, Thomas, John and Stanley Johansen.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly N. Johansen (Corrie); his son David Johansen (Nancy) of Sebastian, FL; his daughter-in-law Jacqueline of Rochester; his grandchildren-in-law, Aren and Kristoffer; and his brother Ralph Johansen of Norton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
