He is survived by: his wife Susan Jean (Kollars); his children, Jessica Burke (Peter), Craig, Kendra Perry and Katie Leblue (Jakob); his grandchildren, Brendan, Grace, Jack, Koby, Avalynn, Natalie and Emerie; and his siblings, Susan Davis (Alan), Michael Perry (Sharon), Sandra Balthazar (Kenneth) and Carol Dube (Ernest). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
