He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Neto and Ester Neto (Mello); and his siblings, Jesse Neto, Jeremiah "Jerry" Neto and Joyce Fortier.
He is survived by: his wife Michelle L. Neto (Cote); his children, Jason R. Neto of Fall River and Kimberly A. Neto of Somerset; his siblings, Manuel Neto (Ana) of Plymouth, Noemia Medeiros of Fall River, Lena Pacheco of Seekonk, Hilda Wills of Westport, Dovalina Leandro of Fall River, Teresa Pineault of Holyoke, Lisa Gomez (NJ), Rosemary Sylvester and Rose Martin of Fall River; and his grandchildren, Chayce, Elizabeth and Seth. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
