She was predeceased by: her husband John W. Murphy Jr.; her parents, Inocencio Vieira and Mary Vieira (Bizarro); her children, Cynthia Marie Gamache (late David), Theresa Arraiol and Paul Murphy; her brother Arthur; Chester George Tripp.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Vieira (Paula) of Brownville, ME, Michael Tripp (Belinda) of Brownville, ME, George Tripp of Fall River, Mary Lou Perez of Lewiston, ME, Janice Poirier (George) of Simsbury, CT, John W. Murphy III of East Hartford, CT and Steven Murphy of East Hartford, CT; and her brothers, William Vieira (late Barbara) of Tiverton, John, David and Robert Vieira. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
